Medical Tourism in India is slated to grown aggressively in the coming few years as per the statistics laid down by Mint. Currently, the country is witnessing around 22-25 percent of growth in the Medical tourism sector and the healthcare providers have suggested and expected the industry to double its size to almost $6 billion by 2018 from $3 billion last year. This is a huge jump for the medical fraternity in the country which boasts of some of the best medical architecture in the world. The most innovation and influx has been noticed in the sector relating to Naturopathy, a sector in which the country was widely known in the ancient times. To name it as the resurgence of medical tourism in the country would not be a bad call.
